Mags Hanley has been working in digital for over 25 years starting as a cybrarian and moving through roles as an information architect, product manager, Head of UX and Director of Product. She has worked in agencies, consultancies, in-house and in education.

Current coaching and training programs
Instead of attending one UX conference per year to soak up as much information as possible, Senior to Leader provides continuous opportunities to develop and practice skills. Combined with one-to-one coaching every month, the Senior to Leader program is a perfect solution for mid-senior UX professionals who want to grow their practice and career.
Mags works one-on-one with each woman is understand their individual needs and challenges. Together they design a mentoring and coaching program; starting with identifying each woman’s goals, working towards them in each session, and then wrapping up measuring success at the end of the time.
Mags works individually with job seekers preparing them for interviewing for new roles.
Over 4-6 sessions, we work on preparing you for your job search, including interviewing, preparing your career stories and making the most of your network.
